We are a small company based in Dorset on the border of the New Forest who produce Artisan foods of the highest standard. Our teams have dedicated themselves to the pursuit of excellence to create exquisite Artisan products, rich in flavour and gourmet charm. All produce is made on site in small batches by hand with the utmost care,to ensure quality, using traditional techniques and time-honoured recipes.

 

We offer our skills in the form of hands-on workshops so that others may benefit from the knowledge we have gained over many years in applying our craft.

The workshops will provide you with the knowledge, experience and confidence necessary for you to pursue traditional techniques and experiment both at home and in the workplace. These hands-on workshops are a very effective way of bonding teams and affecting understanding.

Participants for all workshops are asked to arrive at 09:30 for a 09:45 start. A light breakfast buffet is provided. Coffee, tea, fruit juice & water are available throughout the workshop and a gourmet lunch is served with wine – the workshop Master joins you for lunch to provide an open tutorial on the workshop. Finishing times may vary according to the type of workshop and the number attending, although the general aim is to finish between 15:00 and 15:30.

 

On each workshop we aim to have no more than 8-10 people, however, should there be a group of more than this who wish to attend we will try to accommodate. If you wish to book 6-8 people or more onto a workshop as an exclusive group and there isn’t a suitable date available, please let us know and we will see what we can do to meet your requirement.
