Post & Packaging(P&P)
For UK Mainland only, P&P is £8.50+VAT for up to £75.00 of goods purchased and no charge for £75.00 and above.

Deliveries
In most cases, we produce to order and despatch by overnight courier for next day delivery, UK mainland only.
Unless you have requested otherwise and providing your order is received before 12:00noon Monday to Friday, you should allow 2 working days from placing your order to receipt of goods. For orders received after 12:00noon, please allow 3 working days for receipt of delivery, UK mainland only.
Please note our deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday to Friday inclusive. No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Bank Holidays or Christmas Eve. (Please allow sufficient time because Credit Card clearance can sometimes take up to a day.)
For products requiring more time to produce, please check with delivery information stated with product description at the point of sale.

Goods are despatched for delivery immediately after packing and should be received in perfect condition. If a problem occurs, we must be notified immediately when the goods are received. Refunds will only be given within our terms as set out in Cancellations, Returns and Refunds.

Deliveries Outside of UK Mainland (This excludes shopping through the Ex-Pat requests)
For destinations outside of the UK mainland, the following delivery times and costs are applicable:
Normal - Northern Ireland up to 2kg - £15.00
Normal - Northern Ireland 2kg to 10kg - £27.50
Normal - Channel Islands up to 10kg - £27.50
Normal - Isle of Wight up to 10kg - £27.50
Normal - Isle of Man up to 10kg - £27.50
3 days - Europe (EU) Airmail up to 750gm - £15.00
3 days - Europe (EU) Airmail 750gm to 1.5kg - £20.00
3 days - Europe (EU) Airmail 1.5kg to 2kg (max)- £25.00
5 days - Worldwide Airmail (inc USA) up to 1kg - £20.00
5 days - Worldwide Airmail(inc USA) 1kg to 2kg (max)- £28.00

All prices displayed in the online shop, unless otherwise stated are exclusive of postage and packaging. Once you have completed your selection and the goods have been added to the shopping cart, the postage and packaging price is automatically calculated, if applicable, and added to the final checkout price. When your credit/debit card has been accepted, the amount will be debited through Secure Trading and your order will be processed and despatched as soon as possible, unless you have requested a later delivery date.
